Our Bread
Our bread is made with organic flour from Central Milling. We use a combination of flours include California stone-milled flour, which helps preserve the natural nutrients, oils, and flavors of the grain. This approach creates bread with a distinctive taste and texture that reflects the quality of the ingredients. Using organic flour also means our bread is free from additives like bleaching or bromates.
